It can be easy to compare your life to someone else's. Comparison will quickly steal your joy if you're not careful. Mom guilt is something you have to stay on top of and refuse to let it have any place in your life. We need to understand our identity in Christ and remember that we only need to please the Lord. We want to have confidence when the Holy Spirit gives us instructions as a parent, and not let what anyone else is doing deter us from our obedience.

God wants us to be healthy! Your faith is to be used for more in your life than dealing with the results of poor choices. As someone who travels in full-time ministry with my family, this is an area of my life that I need to keep in check. Life can get busy, but our health should remain a priority. In the book "Winning Invisible Battles" by Bishop Oyedepo, he says "Tears hold no hope for victory. Even God is not moved by your tears. What moves Him is His Word, spoken in faith from a heart full of knowledge." Faith is your answer to receive from God.
