Pastor Carolyn wraps up her Rooted, Resilient, and Victorious series with a truth that reframes anything you may be walking through in life: God did not plant you merely to survive. He planted you to produce!
Working from Psalm 92 and the picture of a flourishing palm tree, Pastor Carolyn breaks down what it actually looks like to bear fruit in every season, not just the easy ones. She unpacks why harvest always starts with a seed, why you cannot control the timing of what you've planted (only the watering), and why so many believers dig up in doubt what they planted in faith.
You'll hear the difference between a moment of doubt and a full walk into unbelief, why delay never means denial, and how some of what you sow becomes a harvest for someone else entirely, your children, your grandchildren, the people watching your life.
This episode closes out the series with a final declaration meant to plant itself in you: you did not just survive. You remained fruitful. Your harvest is sure!

A soldier is never sent into combat and told to figure it out along the way. He's equipped and trained first. Given a weapon, a plan, and a way to call for backup before the fight ever starts.
In Part 3 of "Rooted, Resilient, and Victorious," Pastor Carolyn opens Ephesians 6 with a teaching she calls "Don't Fight Naked." You already have what you need for the battle in front of you. The problem is rarely a lack of equipment. It's forgetting to put it on.
Pastor Carolyn walks through the full armor of God piece by piece: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, the sword of the Spirit, and prayer. You'll hear why the enemy's greatest weapon has always been deception, why peace was never meant to disappear just because a battle shows up, and why your mind is the ground he fights hardest to control.
God would not have handed you a sword if He expected you to lose.

Twelve men walked into the same land. They saw the same giants, the same walls, the same fruit. Only two came back with a report worth remembering.
In Part 2 of "Rooted, Resilient, and Victorious," Pastor Carolyn opens Numbers 13 and walks you through three keys that separate a woman of faith from the crowd. You'll hear why fear makes you forget every miracle God has already done, what God meant when he said Caleb had a different spirit, and why your bad report is not harmless in heaven.
From there she moves from the palm tree to the palm branch. Part 1 showed you the roots. This teaching shows you what the branch has always symbolized in Scripture: triumph, honor, and a victory that was already secured before you ever stepped onto the battlefield. You are not fighting for victory. You are fighting from it.
Your victory is sure, but you must be prepared to fight again. David beat a lion, then a bear, then a giant, and then kept fighting. One breakthrough does not mean you can lay your armor down. Dominion is not passivity, and authority operates through surrender.

Palm trees don't avoid the storm. They're built to stand in it.
In Part 1 of "Rooted, Resilient, and Victorious," Pastor Carolyn opens Psalm 92 and shows you why God chose one specific tree to describe how you're meant to flourish. You weren't planted by your circumstances. You were planted by the Lord, always by an instruction, and no voice, storm, or season has the authority to remove you from where He put you.
Through five keys, Pastor Carolyn walks you through what it means to be established in the Word, to stand when pressure comes, and to know exactly who you are in Christ. You'll hear why pressure doesn't cancel your position, why your emotions were never meant to sit in the driver's seat, and why comfort is one of the enemy's favorite tools to pull you into compromise.
If you've felt bent by the weight of this season, this teaching will remind you that there's still life in the roots that stay planted. You may bend, but you will not break.

You don't walk out of the valley empty-handed. In Part 2 of The Table in the Valley, Pastor Carolyn unpacks the last three keys of Psalm 23 — and what they mean for the woman who refuses to make the valley her address.
In this episode: why God anointing your head means your mind is not available for the opposition, how your cup can overflow even when your circumstances say otherwise, and why goodness and mercy aren't just following you — they're chasing you down.
If you've been waiting for permission to believe that victory is already written over your life, this one's for you.

You've heard that you walk through the valley — not around it, not over it, and definitely not in it forever. But did you know God prepared something for you right in the middle of it?
In this first part of the Table in the Valley series, Pastor Carolyn unpacks Psalm 23 in a way that will shift how you see every hard season you've ever walked through. The valley is not your final address. It's not your identity. And it is not going to destroy you.
God doesn't wait for the enemies to clear the room before He blesses you. He sets a table right in front of them — and you get to eat.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- Why faith doesn't mean you'll never face a valley — and what it actually does mean
- The four keys to navigating the valley without taking up residence there
- Why the table God prepares is a place of receiving, nourishment, covenant, rest, and confidence
- How to stop letting what's around you get inside you
- What it looks like to rest in faith — and why rest is never weakness
Part 2 continues June 30th!

In the final week of our A Sound Disciplined Mind Bible study, Pastor Carolyn closes out the series with two of the most powerful tools every believer already has access to: prayer and perfect peace.
Your spirit man is unshakable, but your mind has to be trained to follow your spirit, not your emotions. An undisciplined mind reacts quickly. A disciplined mind responds spiritually.
In this teaching, Pastor Carolyn walks through four key points on how to pray instead of panic, trust instead of torment, and stay fixed in peace when life gets loud. You'll learn how to recognize when you've handed over your peace, how to break the mental hamster wheel, and how to practice peace — because peace must be practiced, not just desired.
If you've been carrying things you were never meant to keep carrying, this episode is your reset. Grab the study guide at carolynshuttlesworth.com/study.

The Unshakable Women's Bible Study is in a four-part series based on Pastor Nancy Dufresne's powerful book, A Sound, Disciplined Mind. This teaching centers on three truths that will change how you face what you're up against: forget the past, stand through the test, and keep your joy.
Condemnation is one of the enemy's greatest weapons — and most women don't even recognize it's him. Pastor Carolyn breaks down the difference between conviction and condemnation, why a disciplined mind refuses to carry what Jesus already paid for, and how staying mentally chained to your past will keep you from walking boldly into what God has called you to do.
She also tackles the middle of the battle — that hard place where it feels like something is wrong with you because you're under pressure. Spoiler: it's not. Battlegrounds are where faith gets stronger and endurance gets built. There is another side, and it's victory.
And then there's joy — which is not denial, not pretending, and not the forced kind. It's a choice. And it might be the most powerful weapon you have.
In this episode, you'll learn how to:
- Recognize the difference between conviction and condemnation — and why it matters
- Stop mentally rehearsing what Jesus already forgave and forgot
- See yourself the way God sees you — not through your past, your shame, or your circumstances
- Stay spiritually prepared so opposition doesn't catch you off guard
- Understand why the battle you're in is not the end of your story
- Choose joy on purpose — and why that choice protects your strength
- Use laughter and praise as active weapons of faith
You are not defined by what you're walking through. Trouble is not your permanent address — and this episode will remind you exactly why.

This teaching centers on a powerful truth: what you rehearse, you strengthen. Your thoughts are not passive. They are shaping your perspective, influencing your emotions, and ultimately directing your life. Pastor Carolyn exposes how worry, fear, doubt, and depression operate—and how to break their hold before they take root.
You’ll be challenged to recognize the patterns you’ve been reinforcing and take responsibility for what you allow to stay in your mind. Because a sound mind isn’t accidental—it’s cultivated.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to:
- Identify and shut down thought patterns that lead to worry and anxiety
- Refuse partnership with fear—even when it feels justified
- Replace doubt by aligning your thinking with God’s Word
- Stop strengthening what you don’t want growing in your life
- Use praise as a weapon to break heaviness and shift your focus
- Stay anchored in truth instead of being pulled by emotions or circumstances
This is a call to stop entertaining thoughts that keep you bound and start living with intention. When you guard your mind, rehearse truth, and stay rooted in the Word, you step into the mental freedom that produces peace, clarity, and lasting victory!
